Het bestuur van Egoli Africa bestaat uit: Esther Haaisma (voorzitter, penningmeester), Julienne Meijer (secretaris) en David Kawomera (bestuurslid, managing director in Oeganda).

Beloningsbeleid stichting Egoli Africa:

Werkzaamheden worden in principe verricht op vrijwillige basis.  Gemaakte onkosten die in dienst staan van de realisatie van het werk en projecten van de stichting worden vergoed.  Bestuursleden kunnen aanspraak maken op de belastingvrije jaarlijkse vergoeding (tot maximaal €1800).

De doelstelling van de stichting luidt:

1. Het helpen van weeskinderen de kans te krijgen onderwijs te volgen en hun levensomstandigheden te verbeteren in Uganda.
2. Het geven van materiële, financiële en morele steun aan kwetsbare groepen in Uganda.
3. Het geven van voorlichting en het opzetten van programma’s ter bestrijding van hiv/aids en het opzetten, promoten en ondersteunen van andere gezondheids programma’s in Uganda.
4. Het opzetten, promoten en ondersteunen van inkomens genererende projecten ten behoeve van de bevolking van Uganda.
5. Het bevorderen van empowerment van vrouwen in Uganda.

Remuneration policy Egoli Africa:

In principle, activities are carried out on a voluntary basis. Expenses incurred that are in the service of the realization of the work and projects of the organization are reimbursed. Board members can claim the tax-free annual allowance (up to a maximum of € 1,800).

The objectives of the organisation are:

1. Assisting orphans to receive education and improve their circumstances in Uganda.
2. Giving material, financial and moral support to vulnerable groups in Uganda.
3. Setting up, promoting and supporting health related programs in Uganda.
4. Setting up, promoting and supporting income generating projects to benefit the people of Uganda.
5. Stimulating empowerment of women in Uganda.
